What is the minimum age?

The activity is from 8 years upwards. If a younger sibling is with a parent or carer who is wholly responsible for them, then it is at the practitioner’s discretion on the day to try to accommodate you.

Can we take photos?

Yes! Please tag me at @artivistsos on Facebook and @streetartsos on Instagram. If there are other young people in the session be sure to ask permission before you take their photos and get consent to put online please. If there is any person who doesn’t want to be photographed, I will always respect their wishes! I will mostly photograph the artwork made.

Can I bring my own thing to paint?

Yes! Depending on our workshop idea you can bring items such as, light coloured clothing, trainers, small household objects such and bedside cabinets, frames, wooden, cardboard objects as well as metal work best.

Where does the workshop take place?

Workshops take place at your venue, this can be indoors or outdoors, such as a hall, your garden, indoors or your office space. If the event is to be held outdoors, we need to discuss in advance bad weather contingency plans, gazebos etc. Travel costs are not included in my fees and will be quoted separately.

Can I change the number of people?

Only by prior agreement. I will need to know 10 days before the event of any extra people you’d like to include. If less people turn up than anticipated the original quotation will be invoiced regardless of attendance.

Can I make my own stencils?

If we are working with 11 year olds + and adults we can bring cutting knives into the environment. This decision is made on a case to case basis and takes into considerations the environment and safety. We also need a full day workshop to achieve this.

If you want to make your own before our workshop then please do!

Have you considered getting me to laser cut some special designs for you in advance. Think of things like personalised names, symbols, logos etc. Ask me for a personalised stencil quote!

Is there a limit on the amount of people?

It all depends what type of workshop, lesson, or intervention you require. I give one to one tuition in private classes as well as on average smaller groups of 10-30 participants. There is no limit to the amount of people I can cater for with my trained team if we were creating a pop-up paint shop in a festival setting; then up to 500 participants can be catered for.

Do you do discounted workshops?

I give group booking incentives so please ask me at the point of enquiry. If you are an organisation who’s objectives are to help others on a not for profit basis, and If you have beneficiaries who would greatly benefit from having a totally free event, contact info@ucanspray.com outlining your idea.

Is it just for young people?

Not at all! ! I have all ranges of experiences to suit your requirements. I make these as bespoke packages depending on your budget and requirements. I cater for lots of adult workshops and parties and these can be more specialised in terms of options of things to do.

Its one and a half hours plus half an hour set up and pack down

How much is it and the goodie bags?

Its £25 per person for one item to be made with a minimum of 12 people. If you want to make 2 things please add £10 to this price. The materials are included but travel and extras like goodie bags are not included. Goodie bags start at £10 for stickers, graffiti pens, pads, stencils but if you want paints I do mini cans at £3.33 each

Are there any extras to pay?

Only if you would like goodie bags etc or special stencils created.
