A WOMANβS WORK (IS NEVER DONE)
A Stencil and freehand tongue in cheek artwork which talks of the fact that housework will always pile up and in a way, chores, are a very good way for women to be entrapped or to entrap themselves into a vicious cycle. Which is, never having any time to follow their own pursuits when thereβs a dog to be walked, children to be fed, a house too clean, clothes to be washed and meals to be cooked etc etc. In fact these chores are never ending; and most onus is put onto women to carry the burden of household duties which makes them often an unpaid workforce of carers. This piece says Fuck That, put on the marigold gloves, but not to do the washing up! Leave that behind, take to the streets and have your say and make your mark! Spray the town with spray paint, and your message!
